- “Unit faulty” is not a fault description. Detailed information
must be provided, otherwise RA will not be approved.
- Do not ship RA's back to
Valcore until an RA number is emailed to you.
- A copy of Valcore's
RA form MUST be sent with the RA.
- RA numbers issued from Valcore
become invalid after 14 days after which time they will be rejected apon receipt and must be re-submitted.
- Valcore's
RA Number/s MUST be clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.
- Invoice Number & Invoice Date
MUST be provided for items to be returned for Advance Replacement. A copy of the Invoice MUST
be sent with the item.

All freight charges for return and delivery of RA items are the dealer's
responsibility
Failure to adhere
to these conditions will result in the shipment being rejected & returned
to the sender at their expense.
